EASY, OFF GROUND REINFORCING BAR ASSEMBLY

The Starke Arvid Bar Trestle was developed in answer to a need for a more efficient, safer method of assembling and tying rebar. The Bar Trestle allows this assembly to take place off the ground at a height that is less strain and hard work for the operator. Set up the desired number of Bar Trestles to assemble the desired size and length of reinforcing bar required. If the bar trestles are used with our Reinforcement Station you can streamline the assembly of your reinforcement with both storage and assembly being together. On the Reinforcement Station you can store the reinforcement in two different compartments and then roll out the dimensions you need to the reinforcement trestles and tie the reinforcement in place.

Scope of ​​use

The Starke Arvid Bar Trestle is perfect for holding reinforcement at an ergonomic height while it is tied The loose support arms enable up to three levels of  bar to be tied to the pre bent shackles. The loose supports are a big advantage over other fixed arm reinforcing trays where the beam needs to be lifted to drop the reinforcing bar to the bracket. When the beam is finished it is easily lifted without getting stuck. The loose supports come with the beam and the reinforcing Bar Trestle remain stable on the ground.
