Scope of use

The Board Lifter works in perfect symbiosis with the other tools in our effective system for plasterboard logistics. Its smart design is evident, with the sheet yoke’s lowest level flush with both the Plasterboard Trestles and Transit Bench to easily move plasterboard between different tasks – in a safe and ergonomic way. Simply flip each sheet over to the yoke and then lift it up to the desired height.

With our Board Lift you avoid risky and complicated tasks with plasterboard installation at higher levels. It is part of the effort to create a more intelligent flow with good ergonomics and high efficiency in our entire operating range.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main purpose of a board lifter on site?

A board lifter is designed to support plasterboard installation by holding sheets in place at the required height. This allows installers to work more efficiently and safely without needing to manually hold or support heavy boards during mounting.

What types of installations can the Board Lifter 100 be used for?

The Board Lifter 100 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including ceiling installations, sloped walls, and high wall mounting. Its flexible design makes it a practical plasterboard lifter for both residential and commercial construction projects.

How does it improve safety during installation?

By securely holding plasterboard in position, the board lift reduces the need for manual handling at height. This significantly lowers the risk of strain injuries, falls, and other installation-related accidents, while allowing the installer to focus fully on precision work.

How does the board lifter integrate with other plasterboard handling equipment?

The board lifter is designed to work seamlessly within a complete plasterboard workflow system. It aligns in height with tools such as trestles and transit benches, making it easy to transfer sheets between different stages of the installation process in a safe and ergonomic way.
