Simplify handling of the largest and heaviest glass panels

The Glass Lift 1000 Monster is a machine unlike any other. The underlying structure and design allow it to lift a full 1000 kg, reaching over 4 metres in a horizontal position and achieving a lateral displacement of 200 mm.

The machine has an additional extension of more than 2 metres above the front wheels, which together with its lateral offset of 200 mm allows for installation of very large panels and handling of heavy lifting. It is easy to manoeuvre and smooth, even in tight spaces – thanks to motor operation of the rear wheel. No worksite is ever the same, requiring a machine that can also handle variations in space and environment, something our Glass Lift 1000 can do.
The Glass Lift has four separate vacuum pumps, two separate circuits and 10 suction cups. A wireless remote control also comes standard.

Scope of use

Glass Lift 1000 is a smooth solution for transportation and installation of large glass windows. It is equipped with suction cups that attach and secure glass panels, windows, fire doors and similar items during transport and assembly – relieving your workers from a lot of heavy and awkward lifting. In this way it creates a more efficient workflow and safer handling for the team that handles glass. The structure is designed to provide gentle, smooth handling of even the largest and heaviest panels of glass.
