Waste Bin Tipping Frame – Quick and Efficient Waste Handling
The Waste Bin Tipping Frame from Starke Arvid simplifies one of the most time-consuming parts of modern waste handling on construction sites and in industrial environments: emptying the bins.
As waste sorting becomes increasingly complex – with 5–10 different categories and just as many containers on larger sites – efficient handling is more important than ever. Most of that sorted waste begins its journey in a Starke Arvid wastebin.
The challenge? Emptying them quickly, safely, and without extra hands.
Traditionally, the machine operator needs assistance from colleagues with lifting chains, slings, or manual handling. It’s a slow and resource-intensive process – which the Waste Bin Tipping Frame solves once and for all.
A Simple, Cost-Effective Solution
We now present a simple, affordable, and efficient solution for emptying wastebins – quickly and smoothly. All without the operator ever having to leave the cabin or rely on extra hands.
Thanks to a clever locking system, specially designed for Starke Arvid’s 400L wastebin, the waste bin tipping frame ensures fast and safe emptying – without damaging the bin.
Gone are the days of cracked bins and costly repairs caused by clumsy handling or crushing damage.
All that’s needed is a machine with standard lifting forks.
Together with our wastebins, this creates the fastest, easiest, and most cost-effective system for construction waste sorting.
It also works brilliantly in industrial environments using a regular electric forklift.
A concept that truly reflects Starke Arvid’s core values: efficient, ergonomic, and economical.
Wastebins emptied without leaving the machine
The operator drives the tipping frame under the wastebin, which is automatically guided into place by the wheel stops.
Lifting the frame straight up locks it securely around the wastebin’s axle.
To empty the bin, the operator gently tilts the frame forward, causing the bin to tip automatically and release its contents.
Once emptied, the operator tilts the frame back, and the bin returns to its original position.
There’s no shaking, no damage – and no need to overdo it.
Once done, the operator lowers the bin to the ground, reverses the machine, and the tipping frame is ready for the next bin.
💬 What our users say:
“We’re very satisfied with the tipping frame. It’s much faster, doesn’t require extra personnel, and it causes no damage to the bins.”
